大学生MBTI人格类型与创造力倾向相关性研究

Correlation Study on MBTI and Creativity Tendency of College Students

摘要： 目的：探讨大学生MBTI人格类型与创造力倾向之间的相关关系。方法：采用MBTI人格问卷和威廉斯创造力倾向量表对350名大学生进行调查。结果：创造力总分与MBTI的内-外倾维度、感觉-直觉维度存在显著相关，外倾者比内倾者更具有创造力，直觉型比感觉型更具有创造力。结论：对大学生进行创造力培养应考虑其人格类型。

Abstract: The paper tries to explore the relationship between MBTI and creativity. Methods: 350 university students were tested with Williams creation tendency scale and MBTI-M Scale. Results: Significant negative correlations existed between creativity and E-I dimension in MBTI, and extroverts were more creative than introverts. Significant positive correlations existed between creativity and S-N dimension, and type N was more creative than type S. Conclusion:On the cultivation of university students' creativity, their personality should be taken into consideration.
