Research on the Influential Factors of Independent College Graduates Employment Ability

摘要： 文章对毕业生就业竞争力影响的因素研究建立在高等独立院校基础之上，并将研究高校毕业生就业情况归为资本，此次调查主要研究人力资本对毕业生就业竞争力的影响。调查结果表明，先赋资本及自致人力资本中的知识资本对毕业生的就业影响并不明显，而自致人力资本中的技能资本和能力资本对就业则有显著的影响。作为当代毕业生不仅要完成好专业知识的学习，还应提高对其个人能力资本和技能资本的培养。

Abstract: This paper researches graduate employment competitiveness factors based on independent colleges, and researches college graduates employment situation to return to capital ,the survey studies human capital's impact on employment competitiveness. Survey results show that the ascribed capital and human capital to the knowledge capital has significant effects on the employment of graduates is not obvious ,and the skills and capacity of capital of manpower capital has significant effect on employment.As contemporary graduates ,not only to perform a good professional knowledge learning,should also improve their ability to his personal capital and skills training.
