摘要： 经济新常态下，江苏高职毕业生就业质量影响因素众多。文章在对新常态下江苏人力资源需求转变分析的基础上，对江苏产业新体系的构建与高职人才供给的互动关系进行了阐述，对江苏高职毕业生就业质量的影响因素进行了总结，认为经济因素、政策因素、企业因素、学校因素、毕业生个人因素影响高职毕业生就业质量。江苏应从技术技能型人才的供给侧和需求侧共同发力，提高高职毕业生就业质量，推进区域经济的可持续发展。

Abstract: There are many factors influencing vocational graduates’ employment quality under the new normal. On the basis of analyzing the transition of Jiangsu human resource needs, this paper overviews the interplay between Jiangsu new industry system and high vocational talents supply, summarizes the factors influencing the quality of higher vocational graduates’ employment. The author deems that economic factors, policy factors, business factors, school factors and personal factors affect vocational graduates’ employment quality. Jiangsu should work hard from the demand-side and supply-side in order to improve the quality of vocational graduates' employment and promote sustainable development of regional economy.
