摘要： 中小企业是国家经济结构中不可或缺的重要组成部分，也是经济发展最为活跃的因素。然而，由于受企业自身规模、资金、产品研发能力以及重视度等主客观原因的限制，中小企业的物流管理水平和效率不容乐观，这直接或间接地影响了中小企业的进一步发展壮大。文章针对中小企业在物流管理方面存在的问题提出了针对性的措施和建议，希望能为中小企业提升物流管理水平提供一些参考。

Abstract: Small and medium-sized enterprises is an indispensable component of the national economic structure, and they are the most active factor in economic development. However, due to their own scale, capital, product research and development capabilities, the logistics management level and efficiency of small and medium-sized enterprises is not optimistic, which directly or indirectly affect the further development of small and medium-sized enterprises. Aiming at the problems in logistics management of small and medium-sized enterprises, the article puts forward the corresponding measures and suggestions, hoping to provide some references for small and medium-sized enterprises to improve their logistics management level.
