摘要： 文章通过企业调研和相关数据分析等方法，对苏州中小科技企业的专利现状与问题进行了相关研究与分析，发现目前苏州中小科技企业的专利现状不容乐观，问题较多，苏州中小科技企业的专利意识、研发技术、研发资金、专利维护等方面均有待提高。

Abstract: The paper researches and analyzes the patent status and problems of small and medium-sized science and technology enterprises in Suzhou through enterprise investigations and data analysis, and the patent status of small and medium sized technology enterprises in Suzhou is not optimistic. The paper also points out the patent consciousness, technology research and development, R & D funds, patent maintenance of small and medium-sized science and technology enterprises in Suzhou need to be improved.
