摘要:

教学改革的不断深入,就业市场的不断变化,社会对物流专业人才的需求也在不断发展。社会需要复合型、创新型的物流专业人才。“物流项目管理”成为物流管理专业增设的专业课程。文章以南京审计大学为例,遵循物流管理专业的培养目标,搭建物流专业能力体的框架,设计“物流项目管理”课程的教学目标、教学内容、教学方法以及考核和评价等多个方面,为培养符合社会和企业发展需要的物流专业技术人才而努力。

Abstract:

With the deepening of the teaching reform and and the constant change of the employment market, the social demand for logistics professionals is constantly developing. The society needs a combination of complex and innovative logistics professionals. “Logistics Project Management” has become a professional course added to logistics management specialty. In this paper, taking Nanjing Audit University as an example, the course construction follows the training objectives of logistics management, builds the framework of logistics professional competence, and designs the teaching objectives, teaching content, teaching methods, assessment and evaluation of “Logistics Project Management” courses. Finally, this course is designed to cultivate professional and technical personnel who meet the needs of social and enterprise development.
