中等专业学校“双师型”教师队伍建设存在的问题及对策分析

摘要: 中等职业教育在现代职业教育体系中具有基础作用,是职业教育发展的重点。中等职业教育人才培养质量层次较低,毕业生实践能力薄弱,不能适应行业、企业的要求,除了一部分是学生自身的原因外,教师队伍水平不高,特别是“双师型”教师队伍建设困难较多,成效不够明显也是重要因素。文章分析了中等专业学校“双师型”教师队伍建设的制约瓶颈因素,并提出解决对策。

Abstract: Secondary vocational education has the basic function in the modern vocational education system, which is the focus of the development of vocational education. In addition to students' own reasons such as the low level of quality, practical ability of graduates, another important cause is related to teachers' relatively low qualification in secondary vocational education, especially double qualified teachers team construction meets difficulties. Through analyzing the bottleneck factors restricting construction of double qualified teachers of secondary professional schools, the paper puts forward some countermeasures.
