摘要： 在国民经济的组织构成中,建筑工程企业占有重要的比重,建筑工程建设对我国的社会经济发展有着重要意义.然而自经济体制改革以后,我国的市场经济日益完善,建筑工程施工管理方法也在不断地推陈出新,由于受到施工环境的因素限制,目前我国的建筑工程施工管理还存在一定的问题,亟须找到有效的解决措施.文章先简单概述施工管理的重要性,随后对施工管理存在的问题加以分析,针对以上问题,探讨提升施工管理质量的有效措施.

关键词: 建筑工程, 施工管理, 存在问题, 管理措施

Abstract: In the construction of the national economy,the construction enterprise occupies an important proportion, construction engineering construction, to China's social and economic development is of great significance. However, since the economic system reform, China's market economy is increasingly perfect,construction management method is also in constant innovation,due to the construction of environmental constraints,at present our country's construction management still exist some problems,we need to find effective solutions. In this paper,a brief overview of the construction management is the importance of the construction management of the existing problems to be analyzed,for the above problems,to explore the effective measures to improve the quality of construction management.
