摘要： 当前我国进入经济发展新常态，迫切需要通过产业结构调整推动经济社会转型升级，在这样的背景下加快发展科技服务业尤为重要。文章深入分析江苏省科技服务业发展现状和存在的不足，探索新时期发展模式，提出壮大机构、加强集聚、强化市场导向等举措，促进科技服务业加快发展。

Abstract: At present, China has entered into the new normal economic development, there is a desperate need to adjust the industrial structure to promote social economy transforming and upgrading. Under the background, it is very important to speed up the development of science and technology service industry. This paper deeply analyzes the development status and existing problems of science and technology service industry in Jiangsu Province, and explores the development model in the new era, and puts forward measures to promote the development of science and technology services, such as strengthening the organization, strengthening the gathering, strengthening the market orientation and so on.
