摘要： 加快科技服务业发展对于地区经济提质增效具有重要意义。文章介绍了常州市科技服务业的发展现状，并针对发展过程中存在的问题和不足展开分析，在此基础上提出促进常州市科技服务业发展的几点对策建议。

Abstract: Speeding up the development of science and technology service industry has strategic significance in transforming economic development.This article first analyzes the current situations and existing problems of the science and technology service industry of changzhou, then makes some recommendations to speed up the development of science and technology services industry.
