摘要： 文章在分析了科技档案在协同创新过程中发挥的重要作用的基础上，结合当前协同创新项目档案管理工作中存在的主要问题，提出了完善配套的档案管理制度，加强科技档案收集工作，加强科技档案知识产权保护，构建档案信息资源集成和共享服务平台等对策。

Abstract: This paper analyzes the important role of science and technology archives in the process of collaborative innovation,and based on the main problems existing in the current collaborative innovation project file management, puts forward to improve the supporting file management system ,strengthen the collection of scientific and technological archives,strengthen the protection of intellectual property rights,and build a platform for the integration and sharing of archives information.
