An Empirical Study on the Participation of Industry Associations in the Food Safety Supervision in the Rural Areas of North Jiangsu Province

摘要： 文章以苏北五市的农村地区为样本,调查了该地区行业协会在农村食品安全监管中的现状和存在的问题,阐述了在政府对农村地区监管乏力的情况下发挥行业协会作用改善苏北农村食品安全现状的对策和建议.

Abstract: Based on the sample of five citys' rural areas in north Jiangsu province,the paper investigates the current situation and existing problems of industry association in food safety supervision and management ,expounds the countermeasures and suggestions on improving the status of food safety in north Jiangsu province in the case of the government's lack of supervision in rural areas.
