摘要:

为了应对频发的食品安全问题,提高消费者参与在改善食品安全治理水平中的作用,文章运用文献归纳和逻辑演绎的方法,搜集了消费者以及消费者参与的相关研究论文成果,将消费者互动及消费者信任纳入消费者参与食品安全治理的路径中,具有新的研究可行性。创新性地引入新的连续中介因素,为后续的相关研究提供构想基础,为相关机构指出一条可行的实践方向。

Abstract:

To cope with the frequent food safety problems and improve the role of consumer participation in food safety governance, by using the methods of literature induction and logical deduction, this paper collects the research results of consumers and their participations. Taking consumer interaction and consumer trust into the path of consumer participations in food safety governance, a new research feasibility is proposed. The innovative introduction of new continuous intermediary factors can provide a conceptual basis for the subsequent relevant research, and point out a feasible practical direction for the relevant institutions.
