摘要： 面对网络数字化的冲击，高校图书馆阅读推广举步维艰，文章结合作者参观见闻，提出了图书馆应回归社会教育职能的观点。从活动举办不系统、投入产出效果不理想、对读者需求把握度欠缺等方面分析了高校图书馆阅读推广面临的问题，并对高校阅读推广的方式方法提出了自己的见解。

关键词: 高校图书馆, 阅读推广, 人文关怀

Abstract: Facing the impact of digital network,the university library reading promotion is becoming more and more difficult. This paper combined with the author's experiences from visit libraries to see and hear ,proposed the library should return to social education function point of view. Through the activities held no systematic;input and output effect is not ideal;lack of understanding of readers needs and so on several aspects ,analyzes the university library reading promotion is faced with the problem ,Put forward its own opinions for reading promotion methods of university library about how to create a learning environment full of humanistic care;hold all kinds of activities students interested in and so on several aspects.
