Discussion on the Issues of Management of College Scientific Research in New Period

摘要： 高校科研工作是我国科技发展的重要力量和国家创新体系的重要组成部分.文章分析了当前我国高校科研管理存在的问题,从完善科研管理体制,加强科研队伍建设,推进科研成果转化,建立信息管理系统四个方面入手探讨,为进一步提高高校科研管理效率提出建议.

Abstract: College scientific research is becoming a significant force of science and technology development of China and an important part of national innovation system. This paper analyzes the management problems of college scientific research in new period and delivers some advice to improve management efficiency of college scientific research further in four aspects: improving scientific research management system ,strengthening scientific research team construction,promoting scientific research achievement conversion,establishing information management system.
