煤基乙二醇UV值的杂质分析及提升方法

摘要: 目前国际上普遍将紫外透光率作为判定乙二醇化学质量的指标,紫外透光率也称之为UV值.这种方法主要通过检测乙二醇对220~350nm之间光波的UV值,从而测定乙二醇化学物中杂质所占的比例.当杂质在乙二醇中所占的比例较少,就说明乙二醇的质量较高;反之,当杂质在乙二醇中所占的比例较高,就说明乙二醇的质量较差,从而影响纤维化学产品的质量,包括纤维的强度、纤维的硬度以及纤维的色度等.因此,文章主要研究如何提高煤基乙二醇的纯度,从而使纤维化学产品能够具有较高的质量.

Abstract: At present,the ultraviolet transmittance of ethylene glycol is generally considered as an indicator of the chemical quality of ethylene glycol ,and the ultraviolet transmittance is also called UV value. In this method ,the UV value of the optical wavelength between 210 nm and 350 nm was detected by detecting the value of the light wave. When the impurities in ethylene glycol in the proportion of less ,it shows that the higher the quality of ethylene glycol,and when the impurities in ethylene glycol,so that the fiber chemical products can have a higher quality.
