摘要： 在当下社会高速发展的背景下,传统的高校研究生教育管理模式已经很难适应新时期的发展要求,面临着巨大的挑战,因此协同创新理念就成为目前高校探索创新研究生教育管理方式的重要选择.文章主要从理念、战略、利益3个方面对协同创新理念下研究生教育管理进行全面阐述和分析,并重点从构建校园网络平台、加强研本互动、完善交流机制3方面详细诠释了对协同创新理念推动研究生教育管理改革创新的新思路.

Abstract: As the rapid development of society,the traditional mode of graduate education management has been difficult to meet the needs of social development ,which is a great challenge we have to face. Therefore ,the collaborative innovation has become a significant choice for manager to explore the innovation of graduate education management. In this paper, we will analyze the topic from ideology, strategies and benefits. Which more,we will focus on three aspects to explain the topic in new way, which are building of campus network platform, strengthening interaction between graduate and undergraduate students and improving the exchange mechanism ,respectively.
