摘要: 随着高等教育普及程度的扩大,国家与社会对高等教育投入逐渐增大,相应的对投入产出比的要求也越来越高,即对高校教育质量与水平具有了新的要求.学科作为高校人才培养的载体,其水平是衡量高校办学水平与综合实力的重要标志,因此建立行之有效的学科建设绩效评价方法与指标体系具有重要的意义.文章探讨了高校学科建设绩效评价的方法,并提出了对策建议.

Abstract: With the popularity of the expansion of higher education ,state and society to higher education investment increases,corresponding to the input-output ratio requirements are also increasing,that the quality and level of higher education with a new request. Disciplinary talents training in universities as a carrier ,which is a measure of an important indicator of the level at colleges and overall strength ,thus establishing an effective performance evaluation methods and disciplines index system is of great significance.This paper researches on the methods and suggestions to construct the performance evaluation methods and disciplines index system .
