摘要: 视频监控系统是变电站智能辅助监控系统的重要组成部分,其集中监控性和远程操作性使变电站智能化成为可能。视频监控系统的性能好坏,直接影响到整个变电站的安全可靠运行,如何对视频质量进行科学诊断具有十分重要的研究意义。文章针对现有视频监控系统存在的问题系统地提出基于两种算法的一种视频设备故障诊断子系统,有效解决了变电站视频质量诊断的难题。

Abstract: Video surveillance system is an important part of the substation intelligent assistant monitoring system, and the centralized monitoring and remote operation make the substation intelligent become possible. The performance of the video monitoring system has a direct impact on the safe and reliable operation of the whole substation. In this paper, a video equipment fault diagnosis subsystem based on two algorithms is proposed for the existing video surveillance system, which effectively solves the problem of the video quality of the substation.
