摘要: 新一代智能变电站对数字化电能表的SV采样值接口、IEC61850数据建模提出了进一步要求,文章介绍了以MPC8247为核心的数字化电能表硬件设计,并讨论了SV异常处理和数字化电能表建模方法,对数字化电能表进行了校准和互操作性测试,测试结果表明产品符合相关标准和现场实际需求。

Abstract: The new generation smart substation has brought some new challenges regarding the SV processing and the IEC61850 modeling of digital input electricity meter. The article introduces the hardware design of digital input electricity meter based on MPC8247 core, and discusses the SV exception handling and IEC61850 modeling method. Digital input electricity meter was tested for calibration and IEC61850 interoperability, the results show that the product complies with the relevant standards and the application requirements.
