摘要： 随着信息化和数据化的时代发展，对于电力的管理逐渐从一次系统转变为二次系统，但是对于智能变电站的二次系统的管理还很不完善。文章从智能变电站二次系统的具体内涵入手，对其可靠性评估模型进行了集中的阐释，旨在对基础变电站管理提供可参考的数据和基本指标。

Abstract: With the development of information and digital era, the electric power management gradually changes from one system into two systems, but as for intelligent substation secondary system, its management is not perfect. This article from the concrete connotation of intelligent substation secondary system, its reliability assessment model is the focus of interpretation, aiming to provide reference data and the basic indicators for based substation management.
