摘要： WBS方法是项目规划过程中的有效手段。文章通过定义的WBS对项目的工作进行逐层分解后，再对每个组成元素分配合理的资源，确定合理的进度，从而合理地估计项目的成本，以达到有效控制项目的目的。文章认为WBS在应用的同时提高了项目管理的质量，提高了项目的策划效率，规范了项目各阶段输出。

Abstract: WBS is an effective mean in the process of project planning. The project work could be broken down layer by layer by defined WBS,then every composition element should be allocated with reasonable resource, and confirm the reasonable progress. Thus the project cost could be estimated reasonably with the aim to effectively control itself. This article describes the WBS breakdown process combined with the specific product development project. The project management quality and project planning efficiency are also improved, and the output in every project stage is also regulated during the application of WBS.
