摘要： 文章分析了国有企业基建工程项目管理工作复杂性和特殊性，从可行性研究、组织架构、设计管理、跟踪审计等5个方面管控，就如何提高国有企业基建工程管理水平进行了探讨，并提出了相应的管理方法和设想。

Abstract: This paper analyzes the complexity and difficulty of construction project management in state enterprises, discusses the five aspects of the feasibility study, management structure, design management, whole audit management. The methods to improve the management level of construction project in state enterprises is discussed, and put forward the useful suggestions about management methods.
