摘要： 文章采用功效系数法对2013年度南京市高新技术企业各技术领域的经济发展潜力、创新投入和创新产出的情况进行合理评价，并对评价结果做出相关分析。分析结果表明在南京市高新技术企业中电子信息和光机电一体化两个领域在发展能力方面占据了明显的优势，并就其中的原因进行简要分析。

Abstract: This paper assesses three aspects,namely economic development potential,innovation input and innovation output,of technical fields of high-tech enterprises in Nanjing by efficiency coefficient method.The analysis shows that two technical fields ,electronic information and optical ,mechanical and electronic integration, have obvious advantages.Finally,the paper explains the reasons for the ranking.
