Analysis on the Model of Anti-Poverty in the Socialist State under the Perspective of Development:Taking Western China as an Example

摘要： 世界贫困是一个广泛而棘手的问题，特别是处于发展中的社会主义国家，情况更为严峻。由于穷人的一无所有，其经济状况只能得到较少人数的关注，这在某种程度上滞延了消灭贫困战役的质量与数量。近些年来，以中国为代表的发展中国家在扶贫减贫方面取得了较为明显的进步。虽然没有放之四海而皆准的“药方”，但文章通过对中国西部农村地区的贫困治理对策进行梳理与归纳，进而在足够多的贫困地区重复使用并衍生为新的模式，从而总结出具有普遍意义的经验，在贫困与反贫困之间建起一座关于目标和方法的桥梁。

Abstract: World poverty is a widespread and difficult problem,especially in the developing countries,the situation is more severe. Because of a poor man,the economic situation can only get a small number of attention,the quality and quantity of the eradication of poverty is in a certain degree. In recent years,the developing countries,which are represented by China,have made more obvious progress in poverty alleviation. Although there is no universal method, the author hopes that through the western rural areas of China’s poverty control measures to sort out and sum up,And then,in order to summarize the experience of universal significance,it is a new model in the poor areas,and build a bridge in the target and the method between poverty and poverty.
