摘要： 作为教学工作的关键环节之一，中职实训教学对学生职业素质的培养举足轻重，是中职校人才培养目标兑现的一道关隘。而现实是，当前的实训模式所培养的学生技能单一，对新技术、新工艺、新设备适应能力欠缺，已经不能完全满足企业的需要，而且，现代工业的发展表明，参与工业化进程的劳动者的非技术因素也十分重要。因此，文章主要研究了技术技能型人才培养，关注学生的思维发展，成就学生的职业素质。

Abstract: As one of the teaching work’key links,practical teaching in secondary vocational schools plays a decisive role for the student’s occupation quality,it is a hurdle to realize the goal of talent cultivation in secondary vocational school. But in fact,the cultivation of students under the current training mode is single skill,for new technology,new process,new equipment,they lack adaptability,they have been unable to fully meet the needs of enterprises. Moreover, the development of modern industry show,non-technical factors of workers in the process of modernization is also very important. Therefore,this paper mainly studies the cultivation of technical skills,pay attention to the student’s development of thinking,achievement the student’s occupation quality.
