摘要: 文章通过对肱二头肌弯举锻炼建立受力模型,构建出二头肌瞬时受力和弯举过程总受力公式,通过MATLAB分析出瞬时受力的大小与上臂与地面夹角以及上臂与前臂夹角之间的关系,并计算分析出弯举总受力最大时上臂与地面的夹角,为最大化锻炼二头肌以及设计弯举器械提供直接可靠的数据依据。

Abstract: The formula of musculus biceps brachii instantaneous stress and the total stress of curl are established by building the force model of musculus biceps brachii curlthe ,the paper analyzes the relationship between instantaneous force size and the angle of upper arm and the ground and the angle of upper arm and forearm by MATLAB,the angle of upper arm and the ground is analyzed with the total stress of curl is maximum,providing reliable data basis to optimizing musculus biceps brachii physical exercise and designing the equipment of curl.
