摘要： 针对高校研究生信息检索能力缺乏的现象，文章通过对科技查新工作的特点以及查新员专业水平的介绍，论述了科技查新工作的作用以及应用范围，利用科技查新的方法有助于提升高校研究生的学术研究水平和科研成果的发表。

Abstract: Aiming at the phenomenon of college graduate students lack the abilities of information retrieval, in this paper, through the characteristics of the Sci-tech Novelty Retrieval and introduces the novelty retrieval personnel professional level,discusses the sci-tech novelty retrieval function and application range. Using sci-tech novelty retrieval can help students to improve the academic level and publish scientific research achievements.
