摘要:

提高高等教育质量已成为我国现代化建设阶段性特征和国际发展潮流提出的深刻命题,也是我国高等教育改革发展最核心最紧迫的任务。文章从利益相关者角度,分析公共管理硕士(MPA)专业学位研究生教育利益相关者,即研究生、政府及非政府公共机构三者,构建基于SERVQUAL模型,实证分析华侨大学MPA专业学位研究生教育质量,研究发现,政府、非政府公共机构和研究生对于华侨大学MPA研究生教育服务质量感知值较差,教育培养单位需要不断提高专业学位研究生教育质量。

Abstract:

Improving the quality of higher education has become a profound proposition of the staged characteristics of China’s modernization construction and the trend of international development. It is also the most urgent and urgent task of China’s higher education reform and development. This paper analyzes the educational stakeholders of Master of Public Administration(MPA)from the perspective of stakeholders, namely graduate students, government and non-government public institutions, and builds a SERVQUAL model based on empirical analysis of the quality of MPA professional degree graduate education in Huaqiao University. The study found that government, non-government public institutions and graduate students have poor perceptions of the quality of postgraduate education services for the MPA at Huaqiao University, and Educational training units need to continuously improve the quality of professional degree graduate education.
