摘要： 当前针对城市突发公共事件应急处置的研究已经成为热点问题.文章从应急处置业务过程出发,将任务规划技术和知识地图相结合,提出了基于任务规划的应急处置知识地图模型.该模型由案事件模型、应急处置任务规划模型、知识本体模型和应急资源模型组成,为城市应急指挥与现场处置提供方便、快捷、适时的知识导航与管理功能.

Abstract: Currently,research on emergency response of sudden public events in the city has become a hot issue.In this paper,a knowledge map model based on task planning is proposed for the process of emergency response,which combined with task planning technology and knowledge map.The knowledge map model included event model, emergency task planning model,knowledge ontology mode and emergency resources model,which results in convenient, fast and timely knowledge navigation and management for emergency command and dispose in the scene.
