摘要： 个人知识管理是一种概念的体系，即指组织和集中自己认为重要的信息，使之成为自己所拥有的知识基础的一部分。而且，它还提供了将某种散乱信息片段转化为可以系统应用的战略，由此可以扩展个人知识，开阔视野，提高自身的竞争力。文章对个人知识管理进行了具体的分析。

Abstract: Personal knowledge management is a kind of conceptual system, which refers to organize and gather important information, and those important information can be made as a part of our knowledge base. And it will also provides strategies of transforming some scattered pieces of information into the systematic application. Via this, we can expand our personal knowledge, broaden our outlook and improve our competitiveness. This paper analyzes personal knowledge management.
