Abstract: Based on purchasing status of Baosteel iron alloy purchasing department ,mode of operation and the demand of iron alloy procurement are analyzed, from three aspects of the supplier structure optimization, purchasing business optimization,inventory management and optimization, in order to optimize supply,practice actively, deal with actively, communicate effcetively ,provides beneficial exploration for Baosteel cut iron alloy comprehensive cost of purchasing management.
