摘要： 文章对处于全面小康及现代化建设进程中的高淳农村社区教育的现状进行了比较全面的分析，指出了它在教育者与受教育者、财政保障及办学条件、机制与资源、社区教育理念等方面存在的问题，提出了一些具体的改进与应对策略，并给出了高淳农村社区教育可以预期的发展前景。

Abstract: This paper comprehensively analyses the status of the rural community education in Gaochun which is in overall well-off and the process of modernization construction.And it points out the exsiting problems of educator and educatee,fiscal guarantee and school conditions,mechanism and resources as well as community education concepts, proposing some specific improvement and coping strategies.In additionit offers the predictable development prospect of the rural community education in Gaochun.
