农村社区教育的影响因素及开展途径探讨

摘要: 发展农村社区教育是顺利实施新农村建设的重要保障,是提升农民素质、促进农村社会全面发展的关键环节.当前,影响农村社区教育的因素主要体现在四个方面:农村社区教育管理体制的混乱;农村社区教育师资的匮乏;农村社区教育经费的严重短缺;农村社区教育的意识薄弱.针对这几点制约因素,文章指出了开展农村社区教育的途径,即:创新农村社区教育的管理体制;加强师资队伍建设;多方筹集教育经费;立足当地实际开展培训,强化农民参与意识.

Abstract: Developing the rural community education is the important guarantee for the smooth implementation of new rural construction. It is the key step for enhancing the quality of farmers and promoting rural social comprehensive development. At present,the factors affecting rural community education are mainly manifested in four aspects: the chaos of the rural community education management system;the lack of rural community education teachers;serious shortages of rural community education funds; the weak consciousness of the rural community education. For these restriction factors,the article points out the ways to develop rural community education, namely: innovating the rural community education management system; strengthening the construction of teaching staff; many raise education funds;based on the local actual training,strengthening the awareness of farmers to participate in.
