摘要： 文章就高校图书馆与公共图书馆从体制、人才、资源、服务等方面进行比较研究，探讨高校图书馆走向社会化存在的问题，并提出几点建议，以期为高校图书馆社会化工作提供参考。

Abstract: As more and more university libraries are open to the public, the socialization of university library becomes a hot-spot in the field of libraries in recent years. This paper has a comparative study on the management system, personnel, literature resources and services, and then explores the problems existing in the socialization of university library and puts forward some suggestions for reference.
