摘要： 随着我国经济的快速发展，城市化的进程也实现了前所未有的发展，进而促进了各种建设项目的出现，道路工程的建设也越来越受到人们的关注和重视。文章从道路工程施工中软土基的特性着手进行论述，对道路工程施工过程中软土基的加固施工技术进行了分析研究，最后，以案例的形式对现浇混凝土管桩技术在道路加固施工中的应用进行了分析，希望对改善道路工程施工过程中软土基的加固施工技术有所帮助。

Abstract: With the rapid development of economy, the process of urbanization in China also achieved unprecedented development,various construction projects emerges, and the construction of road engineering attracts more and more people’s attention. The paper begins with exploration of characteristics of soft foundation in road construction, and analyzes the soft subgrade reinforcement construction technology in road engineering construction process Finally, through analyzing the case of cast-in-situ concrete pipe pile technology in road construction the paper hopes to improve the soft subgrade reinforcement construction technology in the road engineering construction process.
