摘要: 服务质量是公共图书馆发展的生命线。在网络日益普及、计算机技术迅猛发展的大数据时代,公共图书馆更应该与时俱进,不断开拓创新,完善服务功能。文章以公共图书馆的基本服务功能为研究对象,分析当前公共图书馆基本服务的现状,并针对存在的问题提出切实有效的措施,以期提升公共图书馆的服务功能,从而打造公共图书馆的服务品牌,实现公共图书馆的可持续发展。

Abstract: Service quality is the lifeline of the public library development. With growing popularity of the network and rapid development of computer technology in big data era, public libraries should keep pace with the time, constantly blaze new trails and improve the service functions. Based on the basic service functions of public library as the research object, this paper analyzes the present situation of the current basic public library service, and puts forward concrete and effective measures for the existing problems in order to improve the public library service functions, and create public libraries’ service brand, and realize the sustainable development of public library.
