Study on the mechanism of new media of government affairs

摘要： 随着社会利益主体多元化，社会矛盾越来越复杂多样，传统的社会管理模式已经无法满足当前社会矛盾治理的要求，亟须对社会管理模式进行革新，协同治理将是今后的发展方向，政务新媒体是重要力量之一。政务新媒体在社会矛盾协同治理中发挥作用的方式主要是：发布信息、引导舆论、吸纳民意、化解矛盾。

Abstract: With the diversification of social interest related parties, social contradictions are becoming more and more complicated, and traditional social management model has been unable to adapt to the current social contradictions governance requirements and there is the urgent need for innovation of social management mode. Collaborative governance will be the future direction while the new media of government affairs is one of the important force. The main channels of new media of government affairs playing a role in collaborative governance of social contradictions are the release of information to guide public opinion, to attract the public, to resolve conflicts.
