摘要： 文章从学生、导师、学校以及环境4个方面分析了本科生毕业论文学术不端的根源，针对根源，构建了“学校+导师+学生+环境”的四位一体治理机制。

Abstract: This paper analyzes the reasons which lead to academic misconduct in the graduation thesis of undergraduates from four aspects of the students, teachers, schools and the environment. Then, we construct the four dimensions of governance mechanism in the sight of “school+tutor+student+environment”.
