摘要: 依照JJF1059.1—2012《测量不确定度评定与表示》规定的程序和方法,对一立方舱法测定车内零件及材料挥发性有机物散发结果进行不确定度评定,分析了检测过程中引入不确定度的来源,包括采样体积、醛酮定容体积、载气流速、标准物质、样品质量、校准曲线等分量引入不确定度的计算方法,合成标准不确定度,通过乘以95%概率下的扩展因子2得到扩展不确定度,并以实际样品为例,输出挥发性有机化合物各组分的结果。

Abstract: According to the JJF 1059. 1—2012 “measurement uncertainty evaluation and said” rules of procedures and methods, the paper applies a vertical square method of determination of volatile organic compounds in uncertainty evaluation of the car parts and materials results. The sources of uncertainty is analyzed in the process of detection, including the capacity volume, the sampling volume, aldehyde, ketone, carrier gas flow rate, standard substance, the sample quality and calibration curve of component, to get standard uncertainty; expanded uncertainty is obtained through an extended factor two multiplies 95%probability, and the various components of volatile organic compounds are obtained in the end.
