卷烟焦油测量不确定度的环境因素综合分析

摘要:

文章通过环境因素分析评定卷烟主流烟气中焦油含量的测量不确定度,为测定主流烟气中焦油含量提供有效、可靠的测量数据。收集主流烟气检测的历史数据,用吸烟机对卷烟主流烟气中的粒相成分进行捕集,应用气相色谱法对粒相成分中的烟碱和水分含量进行测定,再得出卷烟烟气中焦油含量。根据JJF(烟草)1-2007的指导方法,对上述焦油整个测量过程进行研究,应用统计技术对数据进行系统分析,得出不确定度来源和其中的环境影响因素。实验结果表明,实验室的大气压力和相对湿度波动对焦油测量不确定度具有明显影响。

Abstract:

In this paper, the measurement uncertainty of tar content in cigarette mainstream smoke is evaluated by environmental factor analysis, which provides effective and reliable measurement data for determining the content of tar in the mainstream smoke. Collecting the historical data of mainstream smoke detection, using the smoking machine to capture the particulate phase components in the cigarettes mainstream smoke, and determine the content of nicotine and water in the particulate phase components by gas chromatography, and then get the tar content in cigarette smoke from the content of total particulate matter. According to the guidance method of JJF (Tobacco) 1-2007, the whole measurement process of the tar is studied, and the statistical analysis is used to systematically analyze the data, then the source of uncertainty and the environmental effect factors therein are obtained. The experimental results show that the atmospheric pressure and relative humidity fluctuation in the laboratory have a significant impact on the uncertainty of tar measurement.
