资本流动区域差异对城镇化发展的影响

摘要： 文章通过理论和数理分析我国资本流动与区域城镇化发展的差异，发现区域城镇化发展的差距与资本流动的区域差异有较强的相关性，即东部地区城镇化水平高于中西部地区的同时东部地区获得国内贷款、外资、自筹资金和其他资金远高于中西部地区。为此，文章提出相关政策建议以促进我国区域城镇化均衡发展。

Abstract: Through theoretical and mathematical analysis of China capital flow and regional urbanization differences, the paper finds out a strong correlation between the regional difference of regional urbanization development gap, and capital flows, namely eastern region urbanization level is higher than that in the central and western regions and eastern regions access to domestic loans, foreign investment, self raised funds and other funds, are far higher than those in the central and western regions. This paper puts forward the relevant policy recommendations to promote the balanced development of regional urbanization in china.
