摘要： 加快培育发展战略性新兴产业是深入实施创新驱动发展战略的先导力量，既能创造新供给、提供新服务，又能培育新消费、满足新需求，对于推进供给侧结构性改革具有重要意义。文章聚焦战略性新兴产业技术创新体系建设，在总结归纳我省新兴产业发展总体情况的基础上，重点从产业技术创新、基础性前瞻性研究开发、产业重大创新载体建设、产业创新体制改革、产业创新空间拓展等方面进行分析，探讨了如何充分发挥科技创新在战略性新兴产业发展中的支撑引领作用。

Abstract: It will be the leading force to accelerate developing the strategic emerging industries for implementing the strategy of innovation-driven development. It can create new supply and services along with creating new consumption and demands. And it’s of significance for improving structural reform agenda from the supply side. This article focuses on the construction of innovation system for strategic emerging industries, and shares how the technical innovation can support and lead. Based on the conclusion of emerging industry development of Jiangsu province, with analysis of the industrial technology innovation and foundational research, innovation infrastructure, structural reform of the industry innovation, and the exploitation of industry innovation space, the article explores the leading role of scientific and technological innovation in strategic emerging industry.
