摘要： 文章论述了当前高校科技产出的评价指标与发展趋势、评价方法及体系，提出应当建立完善的高校科技竞争力评价指标体系，为提高高校科技竞争力，促进高校科技创新力和全面发展奠定基础。

Abstract: This paper discusses the evaluation and development trend of the current output of science and technology in universities. The paper also suggests evaluation methods and system should be established to improve the science and technology competitiveness system in colleges and universities, aiming at laying the foundation for improving the competitiveness of college science and technology and promoting scientific and technological innovation and comprehensive development.
