Abstract: With the continuous development of Internet technology, the moral consensus which followed by unfair competition in Internet field is hard to reach agreement, a unified ethical standard has not yet formed, and moral guidance is still limited. The limitation of ethical standards leads to the limitation in define criterion of Internet unfair competition. We need to build the recognized standard of Internet unfair competition through defining the mechanism of competition and introducing performance competition, in order to protect the interests of business operators, consumer benefits as well as public interests. This paper analyzes and thinks on the problems and reflection on recognized standard of unfair competition in internet field.
