高校转型背景下三本院校大学生就业竞争力模型分析及对策研究

摘要： 严峻的就业形势给高校的学生就业工作带来了日趋严重的挑战，而三本院校向应用技术型大学转型的过程中又促生了就业发展的契机。文章基于高校转型的背景下深入研究三本院校大学生就业竞争力的现状，采用文献综述、问卷调查等方法筛选出19个变量，并采用PCA法得出5个主成分，从而构建了大学生就业竞争力模型，并提出分析对策及建议。

Abstract: The severe employment situation has brought serious challenges to the college students’employment, but meanwhile the transformation of independent colleges to technical applied colleges is promoting the employment opportunity. This paper studies on the status of competition ability of independent college students in obtaining their employment during transformation. 19 variables are screened by the methods of documents survey, questionnaire investigation. Then PCA method is used to get 5 principal components to build the model of competition ability of college students in obtaining their employment. At last the paper proposes the countermeasures and suggestions.
