摘要： 环境保护与经济发展并非2个独立的概念，而是具有紧密联系的“命运共同体”，因此，文章简要分析了环境保护与经济发展的关系，结合环境保护与经济发展关系的主要影响因素，详细探讨了平衡环境保护与经济发展关系的措施。

Abstract: Environmental protection and economic development are not two separate concepts, but has close ties as a“community of destiny”; Therefore, this article briefly analyzes the relationship between environmental protection and economic development, combining with the main impact of the development of the relationship between environmental protection and economic factors, and the paper discusses in detail the measures balancing environmental protection and economic development relations.
