摘要： 自党的十八大以来，全国各领域都掀起了改革热潮。以改革促发展，向改革谋红利成了各领域的发展主题。在高等教育领域，各高校也纷纷响应，适应发展需求，实施高校综合改革。文章分析了高校改革必要性以及对改革的几点思考。

Abstract: Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the trend of the reform was set off in all areas. In the area of higher education, many universities respond to the call of government and implement reforms. This paper discusses the necessities of reforms of universities.
