城市化进程中新市民素质提升的策略研究

摘要： 改革开放以来，中国的城市化步伐明显加快，我国正经历着人类发展史上速度最快、规模最大的城市化进程。随着城市化进程的不断加快，大批外来工融入江宁，农民变成市民，如何加强新市民教育，提高新市民整体素质，推进城乡一体化进程已成为当前江宁社区教育发展的重要课题。文章以南京市江宁区为视角进行研究，同时参考了全国一些典型城市的工作做法，分析了在城市化进程中新市民素质存在的问题，提出新市民素质提升的对策和措施。

Abstract: Since the reforming and opening, the urbanization of China significantly speeding up. Our country is experi?encing the fastest development and largest urbanization process in human history. With the accelerating urbanization process, a large numbers of migrant workers integrate into Jiangning. The peasants become a citizens, their position changed. How to strengthen the new citizen’s education, improve the overall quality of the new citizen, promote the pro?cess of urban-rural integration has become an important topic in the current community education development of Ji?angning. In this paper, author takes Jiangning District of Nanjing city as research perspective, also refers to the work practices of some typical cities in China, analyzes the new citizens quality problems in urbanization process, and puts forward the countermeasures and measure to improve the quality of new citizen.
