摘要： 高校教师群体的信息化教学能力是实现及促进高校信息化管理及科研建设等发展的基础。为了满足高校教学改革的发展，必须重新优化传统的教学管理体系，最终实现高校教学的信息化管理。因此，高校实施信息化教学管理具有极其重要的意义。文章研究相关的发展途径，并对高校教学管理体系进行必要的升级与改进，对于高校实现信息化教学建设具有重要的现实意义与应用价值。

Abstract: The information-based teaching ability of teachers in colleges is the premise to implement and promote the development of the construction of information management and scientific research in colleges. In order to meet the development of teaching reform in colleges, the traditional teaching management system should be optimized, which will realize the information management of college teaching. Therefore, colleges' implementing information-based teaching management is of great significance. After studying the development of the related approaches, and upgrading and improving the teaching management system, the paper points out the important practical significance and application valueof the information-based teaching construction in colleges.
